How long will it take my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 days from the time you place your order, we offer free standard shipping on all all U.S. orders, and orders typically arrive 7-10 days from the time you place your order.
How can I initiate a return?
We offer a 60-day, no-hassle return and refund policy. If you'd like to initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@aciddaddy.com, and we'll do whatever we can to make it right!
Can I make an exchange?
Yes! We'd be happy to work with you on an exchange, please reach out to us at support@aciddaddy.com and let us know the details.
What if I don't receive my item on time?
Our products are made-to-order to help minimize waste and overproduction, but if your order arrives late, we offer 60-day, no-hassle refunds on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and the U.K. Apologies to the rest of our overseas friends, but we hope this changes soon!

How can I track my order?
You'll receive tracking information in your email as soon as it's available, typically 2-3 days after you place your order (when your order ships).
Can I change the delivery address after I order?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, it may be possible to update your delivery address, please reach out to us at support@aciddaddy.com as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do!

What if I'm not happy with my order?
We offer 60-day, no-hassle refunds; if you're not happy for any reason, reach out to us at support@aciddaddy.com and we'll issue you a full and immediate refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund. We prefer that you request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, to prevent unnecessary manufacturing, but we will honor any requests for cancellation at any time. Reach out to us at support@aciddaddy.com in order to process your request.

Where are your products made?
Most of our products are manufactured in the U.S. using globally sourced material.
Our hoodies, leggings, t-shirt dresses, racerback dresses, bikinis, skirts, jerseys, bucket hats, blankets, medium fanny packs, and drawstring bags are made in the U.S. Our bomber jackets, Hawaiian shirts, beach shorts, neck gaiters, backpacks and (large) fanny packs are made in China.
Wherever it's made, we stand by our promise of quality material and durability, and we have a 60-day refund policy if you're unhappy for any reason.
