60-Day Refunds, No Questions Asked

We’re a small start-up with no inventory, and a warehouse that consists of a closet. If you don’t love your order, shoot us a note, and we’ll issue you a full and immediate refund, no questions asked AND you can keep your item.

You read that right. We can’t accept returns at this time, and we’re hoping most people are decent humans who won’t try to abuse the policy (no one reads these anyway, right?).

In all seriousness, we just want you to be happy with your order - if it doesn’t fit, give it to a friend, if you don’t like the material, give it to an enemy, and if you don’t love the design, well, you shouldn’t have ordered it, but we’ll still refund you.

Please note that you must request a refund within 60 days of your item arriving, so we can still eat, but you’ll get 100% of your money back, so you can still eat.

No Hassle Refunds

If you don't love your order, contact as at support@aciddaddy.com and we will issue you a full refund, no questions asked - or if you prefer, we'll work with you on an exchange.

All we ask is that you initiate the return within 60 days of receiving your order.

If you insist on returning your item, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be featured on our Instagram page while we're partying at Red Rocks.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or style, is to email us at support@aciddaddy.com to let us know of the issue, then make a separate purchase for the new item. We will refund your original order as soon as we're made aware of the issue.

If you prefer to wait for the refund before making a new purchase, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
